I am Lynne, a BACP registered Psychotherapist, Personal Development Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Radcliffe on Trent, near Nottingham.

I am interested in what is right with you rather than what is wrong with you.

My methods are different from those of other therapists.

I choose to focus not on the issues & problems you bring to me (the ‘symptoms’), but on exploring & identifying the root causes and drivers of these problems, in order to generate effective solutions.

I am here to help you eliminate those issues, rather than learn to live with them.

Corporates – I work with corporate companies and SME’s. Award Winning Staff Wellbeing Programme, coaching academic staff within a university.

Schools – Primary schools – Emotional Intelligence Programme ‘Superpower Me’ (SPM). To develop wellbeing, mental health, self-efficacy and effective learning. Secondary schools – Emotional Intelligence Programme

H.E-Universities – Personal development seminar & workshop series, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence psycho-educational, lectures & workshops for wellbeing & mental health. Topics include: Growth Mindset, Creating Positive Mental Attitude, Building Resilience, Developing Curiosity, Overcoming Fear. Increases academic engagement, attainment & progression.

Children and adolescents – 1:1 or small groups

Women in Transition – W.I.T. workshops for women 

1:1 private client sessions – Local or international. Face to face or via Skype or Zoom.
