What can you expect from your sessions with me?
I have ‘intentional’ conversations and ask powerful questions that elicit insight, understanding and solutions. I don’t advise or make assumptions but I listen to you and help you to bring positivity back into your life. This is my ‘Coaching Cabin’ in my garden in Radcliffe on Trent, Nottinghamshire.
It is a warm, inviting, comfortable, calm space.
I also offer on-line sessions via Skype or Zoom, for clients who are not in Nottingham, or who prefer the convenience of enjoying sessions from their own home or workplace.
I provide a unique service by drawing on the most potent practices & methods from Psychotherapy, Coaching and Hypnotherapy, meaning you experience transformational, sustainable change in less time, with less effort, for less money.
Because the relationship between a client and therapist is a key factor in successful outcomes, I encourage a 30 minute complimentary call, without obligation, so that you can decide whether I might be the right coach/therapist for you before you book a session.

How much do the sessions cost?
Each 1 hour session costs £60 for individuals. Please enquire about prices for corporate training or workshop events.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on what you wish to achieve and how committed you are to the process, and how ready you are for the change, that brings the results you desire. After only one session, clients have expressed feeling a significant shift. Considerable transformation can be achieved in as few as 4-6 sessions.
I recommend initially, 1 session per week, to bring maximum benefit, and as you progress, frequency of sessions can reduce. If finances don’t allow regular sessions, then as little as 1 session per month can bring huge benefit.
What happens during sessions?
Each session lasts 1 hour, and is tailored to suit the individual client. I respond to what the client brings, to offer the most effective, bespoke experience. I don’t offer one size fits all.
Each session is a progression onto the next. They are not standalone. There is a ‘thread’ that runs through, and pulls it all together. It is a process, and momentum keeps it moving.

Do you work with international clients?
Yes, I offer on-line sessions via Skype or Zoom and I have clients as far away as New Zealand, Australia and United States.
Will I need to prepare before our first session?
Before the first session I will send you a Client History sheet to complete, which provides an overview of where you have come from, where you are now, and where you want to be. It also gives clues to what might be holding you back.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is plenty of off road parking available.
