I do not subscribe to the idea that depression and other mental health issues are diseases, and should be ‘treated’ with medication. Instead, my holistic approach results in sustainable transformation. My therapy is medication for the mind without the drugs!

I take a person-centred approach and believe that mental health issues are our mind’s way of telling us that something needs attention.

Personal development coaching takes you from the present, into an imagined future, where if you can dream it, you can achieve it.

I offer two types of personal development coaching – transformational and transactional. Transformational coaching involves working at a deeper level exploring internal drivers, emotions & feelings and with focus on achieving intrinsic goals such as identifying your purpose & finding true happiness. Transactional coaching is focused more, on external goals such as those surrounding your finances, relationship and career. With my help you can identify and action practical steps to achieve your goals.

What I offer is not the same as stage hypnosis – I won’t have you barking like a dog or running around like a chicken! When you are in trance you are aware of what is happening, you are in control, experiencing a very pleasant state of total relaxation, calm and clarity.

Hypnotherapy can remove any stubborn blocks that create obstacles to moving forward! In order for you to make any lasting, sustainable changes, they must first occur in your subconscious, as this is where your habits and responses are established.

I utilise hypnotherapy techniques that include: regression to cause, rewind techniques, reframing, guided visualisation-hypnotic suggestion, parts integration, future pacing, ideomotor signalling, past life regression and NLP techniques.
